- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I came in there without having the right paperwork. I was not served and I do not have any details as to what my case was about, though I have an idea. All I got was a notice to show up in court at a specific date. The first time I called, the receptionist talked to me with respect and empathy. They help me figure out the details and we worked our way through. The lawyer who I worked with spent ample time into understanding my case in every angle. As it turned out, the charges that were made against me were just mere exaggeration and ended up being dismissed. I am a person who engages in self blame even if it isn't entirely my fault. Have I not reached out to them, I would have gotten myself in a very bad position, even though it was only a civil lawsuit.
